How to get a translation quote

To request a translation quote, follow these steps:

1. Send the file (in pdf, word, excel or jpg) or scan/photograph the original documents to be translated, mention the language combination, and email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. 2. For sworn translations, please, confirm the mailing address for delivery.

SETranslations will answer you as soon as possible, via email or WhatsApp, with a quote adjusted to your needs. Our payment methods are: Bizum at +34 619 97 57 16, instant bank transfers and, in certain cases, Paypal.

Quote acceptance

All translation orders will be paid beforehand.

By accepting our quote, you will be accepting our terms/conditions.

*In cases of recurring companies, these will be required to send the quote back to us, duly signed/stamped with an approximate payment date for us to accept the translation order.

Translation delivery

The translation will be sent to you by email in the agreed format and within the established period of time.

In the case of sworn translations, these will be sent to the postal address provided, taking into account that the deadlines for postal or courier services are not the direct responsibility of SETranslations.

Alternatively, there is a possibility of sending scanned sworn translations (please, contact us).
